Coombes Family Move

We were recently contacted by Mr M Coombes a previous customer from 9 years ago, who was so impressed with our service has come directly back to us to not only conduct his house removal, but also the family moving out of the property he is moving into.

On removals day the team arrived promptly with both families at 8.00am for The Coombes family property in Upton, Dorset, the team had all the goods loaded by 11:30am and proceeded over to the delivery address in Hamworthy, Dorset just a few minutes down the road, where another one of our crews were loading The Braithwaite Families possessions, where all the worked together as one team completing the loading of goods by 12:30pm.

Mrs Braithwaite’s team left the property in Hamworthy, Dorset and went on to the delivery address in Southampton, where unfortunately there was a delay on keys being release due to a delay in completion, until 3pm. Our team then worked really hard to ensure Mrs Braithwaite’s goods were unloaded and the customer was all settled into her new property by 5pm.

The other team on Mr Coombes property had access straight away into his new property and the removal was all complete by 2:30pm.

Both customers were very pleased with our service, rating us 10 out of 10 on our customer satisfaction survey. And giving us the following feedback “I was amazed at the amount of work these lads done, with such a great sense of humour. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends”
