1st Choice Removal Christchurch to Ashford

One example of this is this the recent feedback we received after working with a client who wanted our support to move from Christchurch in Dorset to Ashford in Kent. Not a small move.
In fact, the distance covered was in the region of 150 miles.
Day 1 - Preparation for the Move
We arrived at the Christchurch property with a full crew, the start time was 8am as we knew that this would give us as much time as possible to complete the jobs that needed to be done on day one.
The first job was to ensure that the house was adequately protected against any potential damage whilst the move was happening. Once this was completed, the morning was then spent loading up all the belongings safely ready to be moved. The contents of the home were then transported to our secure depot in Bournemouth which allowed them to be safely stored overnight.
Day two – The Move to Ashford
The next day came around and our crew left at 7am to drive to the new property in Ashford in Kent, where our client met us on arrival. We installed the property protection we use to ensure that the property was protected against any potential bumps or knocks that may occur during the move.
Once this was set up, then they could start to moving the belongings of the clients into their new home. Our Clients were able to direct the crew to exactly where they wanted their furniture to be placed.
The move was completed in good time and we left our clients to get settled in their new house, with at least most of the hard work done.
As always our crew tidied up after themselves taking away the inevitable rubbish, removing the protective equipment from the walls, doors and floors, and after ensuring that the clients were happy, they left and headed back to our depot in Bournemouth.
The Review
After the move, we received a fantastic review from the client, which we are only too happy to share.
"We were moving back from Dorset to Kent. The surveyor was very professional and assessed what we had, I also felt he’d listened to me; We’d moved out of a two bed flat into a 4 bed house when they started talking about another lockdown, although the house was big it was sparsely filled. The other surveyors seemed to see 4 bed and ignore everything else. The move took place over 2 days: day 1 Steve and Logan packed our house up. Day 2 they unloaded at our new location. Great guys, very polite professional and fun, they took the edge off the stress and we both felt they were in control. They protected every surface, door protectors, floor protectors, wraps for our goods, another level from anyone I’d seen before. We had 3 quotes, 1 from a company we’d used before, that were a fraction as good as good as these guys. I’d highly recommend, and Steve and Logan kicked it out of the park for us. If this company works near our next move they will be my ONLY choice."
