Moving from Broadstone to Wimborne

Some of the clients that use our removal services never need to book us in again; because they have settled in their new homes and don’t need to then move properties. However, there are also those that find that after a few years (or not even that long in some circumstances) decide that they are going to make another move. 

These are the clients that then come back to us and ask us to help them to move again! 

Moving Home from Broadstone to Wimborne

The client 

A recent example of this is a client that we had helped over nine years ago; they were so happy with the service that they received from us that they requested for us to help them to move from their existing property in Broadstone and relocate to Wimborne.

We were more than happy to provide them with a quote for the work and to help them on the next step of their journey. 

They agreed on the cost, and before we knew it, it was time to move them into their new home. 

The move to Wimborne

It was agreed that on the day of the move, we would meet the clients at their existing property at around 8 am. This would allow for maximum time to ensure that all the key belongings and items from their home could be moved safely and securely. 

We brought with us our highly skilled and professional team, who tackled the move with the same level of dedication that they always do. 

The first port of call was to ensure that the items that had been packed up, all ready to go, were loaded onto the vehicle. Then, another part of the service that we provided the client with was to ensure that particular items that needed to be moved were given the specialist export wrap treatment. 

This included a jukebox, mirrored bedside cabinets, side tables, a glass dining table and glass from a sideboard too. 

Knowing that the client was keen to get to their new home and get settled, our team got to work quickly (whilst still ensuring, of course, that the items and property were treated with the right care and respect). This meant that the team were all loaded up and ready to go to the next address by 12:30 pm. 

All was ready to be unloaded by 1 pm. However, there was a delay in releasing the keys at the new property. This meant that the team had to wait for a solution to be reached. 

Once the keys were released, the unloading could begin. We wanted to ensure that the clients could have the maximum time to get settled in their new homes, which is why we worked hard to have everything unloaded by 5:20 pm.
